    How do I book an experience?

    Why are your prices different from other sellers?

    Our prices include the base ticket cost plus service fees for booking assistance, customer support, and travel coordination. All fees are clearly displayed before checkout - the total price you see is the final price you pay with no hidden charges.

    Are the tours suitable for children?

    Yes! All our experiences are family-friendly. The walking tours (Xiengman and KHMU) require moderate fitness levels but are suitable for children who can walk comfortably for 2-3 hours with breaks. The Buddha's Light Show and sunset cruise are perfect for all ages.

    What if I have mobility limitations?

    The sunset cruise and Buddha's Light Show are generally accessible, though boarding may require navigating steps. The walking tours involve uneven terrain and inclines. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific accessibility needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.

    What should I wear?

    For village tours: Respectful clothing (covered shoulders and knees), comfortable walking shoes, sun protection.

    For Buddha's Light Show: Smart casual attire; the theater is air-conditioned.

    For sunset cruise: Casual comfortable clothing; bring a light jacket as evenings can be cool on the water.

    Can I take photos?

    Photography is encouraged on walking tours and the sunset cruise. Always ask permission before photographing people, especially in villages. Photography may be restricted during the Buddha's Light Show to protect intellectual property and avoid disturbing other guests.

    What language do the guides speak?

    All our guides speak English and Lao. They are local to the Luang Prabang area and provide authentic cultural insights and storytelling.

    Where do I meet for the tours?

    Most experiences include hotel pickup from Luang Prabang accommodations. Exact pickup times and locations will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

    What if my hotel is outside the pickup area?

    What happens if it rains?

    Light rain doesn't typically affect tours - we provide umbrellas when needed. The Buddha's Light Show is indoors. The sunset cruise has covered areas. Heavy storms are rare during dry season, but if weather makes a tour unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule or arrange alternatives.

    Can I customize my experience or book a private tour?
